Biography
Mr. Stanifer graduated, cum laude, from Appalachian State University in 2010. He then attended the Charlotte School of Law where he received his Juris Doctor and a Litigation Certificate in 2013. During law school he was a member of both, the Moot Court Honor Board and the Trial Advocacy Team. He was a semifinalist in the John J. Gibbons Criminal Procedure National Moot Court Competition at Seton Hall School of Law. He also received a CALI Excellence award in Trial Practice.

worst attorney
He worked on our litigation case for 2 yrs and at each meeting he asked the same questions like he had just started the case for us. He did a terrible job on the two times we went to court and I believe he lost us the case due to his incompetence.

inadequate, lacks communication skills, takes more than a week to get back with you after hounding him
Very similar review as previous person. He messed up dates repeatedly, did not properly file out the paperwork, he would not respond in a reasonable time frame. He probably has caused one of my worst tenants to stay in the apartment for much longer than if I never hired him.

I’ve been dealing with Mr. Stanifer for almost a year now. He is currently(last 3/4 months) not doing his job, or seems to not be doing his job.
