Elisa Lynn Jarrin

I felt very overwhelmed looking for a lawyer for my divorce. In a sea of impersonal, old fashioned, stuffy, unreachable options I found Elisa Jarrin. I was immediately impressed with her ability to explain things to me very clearly and her endless knowledge. I never felt judgment from her as I was... clueless about many aspects of my case going into it. She was patient but very mindful of time and getting to the issues. She also was so detail oriented (in a time efficient manner) that she caught many things that could have been devastating in my paperwork. Her office is so nice, open and bright. If you have to be in mediation for a full day you want to do it here. I found her to be so efficient that my cost was below what I was anticipating (and we avoided going to court). In conclusion, if you want an antiquated lawyer who is not open to new ideas and ways to resolve things, you have a wide variety of picks in this town. If you want someone who fresh and smart as a whip, Elisa Jarrin is a terrific choice. THE choice in my opinion.

At the end of my dealings with Ms. Jarrinn, this song keeps running in my head. In my divorce/custody battle, Ms. Jarrin, Esq delayed. delayed delayed. And when I ran short on money, having spent thousands of dollars on this case, she immediately, and without discussing it with me in advance, prepar...ed her motion to remove herself from my case. I’m beyond disappointed with her decisions, assumptions, and performance in court (including the times she arrived late). I can not recommend her. If you hire her, you will deal more with her assistant then with her, have no pre-trial meetings, and I can’t in good faith tell you that she will be interested in fighting on your behalf. She appears to be a perfectly nice human being, just not a lawyer I would ever hire again.
