They will tell you they have experience and are experts in setting up your business... however when you are $6000 into the process you realize they are just in it to rack up billable hours! They totall...y 'botched' our 501c3 non profit application and we had to 're-do' with another firm. Its such a shame that unscrupulous lawyers like these are allowed to continue! Run!!!

My organisation contracted with Aceto Law Office in 2010 to setup a non-profit and apply for a 501c3. $6500 later and a completely botched application, we had to dive away from these shady lawyers. They will tell you that they have lots of experience setting up non-profits... but be aware, they do NO...T and have a bad reputation around town also. The guarantee should be.... you pay us lots of money, we make you do all the work, then you pay us more, then we'll submit your documents 3 months late, then we guarantee your paperwork will land at the bottom of a huge stack at the IRS for its many 'RED FLAGS'. Then when you ask for your money back, we'll send you a letter terminating our agreement, and take your money anyways!
