Colonel (Ret.) Lee Stockdale spent fifteen
years as an active duty Army JAG officer. He practices military
administrative law for Army Soldiers -- Active, Reserve, National Guard,
Retirees, Veterans, et al.
Stockdale assists Soldiers around the world with all levels of
administrative appeals and rebuttals: GOMORs, OERs, Article 15s, DASEB and
ABCMR.
Colonel Stockdale is the former Command
Judge Advocate of US Army Human Resources Command, St. Louis, where he
supervised an office of fourteen JAGs, civilian attorneys and paralegals and
dealt with all aspects of Soldier personnel law.
Colonel Stockdale served at the Pentagon
as a Military Personnel Law Attorney in the Office of The Judge Advocate
General (OTJAG). He also served as Senior Judge Advocate to the Chief, Army
Reserve (CAR). In both roles he analyzed countless individual Soldier actions,
reviewed and revised Army Regulations, and provided highly technical legal
opinions for the Department of the Army (DA) Staff.
Before becoming a JAG officer, Stockdale worked his way up from a private in
the MP Corps. After OCS he served as an infantry platoon leader, XO, company
commander, and in various special operations assignments.
