An Army Doctor received an Article 15 for misconduct in theater. He did not contest the charges. He contacted Stockdale Army Law for assistance with his appeal to the Department of the Army Suitabili ... ty Evaluation Board (DASEB). The Doctor is a Field Grade West Point graduate with an impeccable record, recognized within the medical community as uniquely skilled and gifted. Stockdale successfully crafted a convincing appeal. On 23 May 2011, the DASEB informed the officer that, by unanimous vote, the evidence submitted was sufficient to warrant the relief requested: transfer of the Article 15 to the Restricted section of his OMPF. The officer wrote Stockdale: “Thanks for your guidance and support during these challenging times. You are truly an expert of ‘damage control legal services.’â€
