John Ingram live is North Carolina but maintains an active Alabama Law License. Because he worked with me 30+ years ago I knew he was very thorough drafting contracts, wills and other transactional works. Since I had been on the circuit court bench for almost 18 years I had lost all ability to dra...ft even the simplest contracts. I contacted John and ask him if he could do x, y, and z which were counter offers to a company I was dealing with. Not only did he do a excellent job but he was two steps ahead of me on the subject matter that we were dealing with--timber. This may have saved me a lot of money. He has one of the best work ethics I have ever seen and his honesty is beyond reproach.
