Boyd Broadway Massagee III

While searching for a lawyer in Hendersonville to handle an estate I came across the review for Mr. Massagee. Some years ago Mr. Massagee handled a rather simple family issue for my parents. He failed to return phone calls, he missed filing dates with no explanations and he prolonged the case for... years. The fees were double what he had quoted, again with no explanation. Thank you,

Mr. Massagee almost never returned phone calls.He told me he had a conflict for a court date, then failed to inform me he WAS able to keep that date, he went to court and asked for a continuance, of course I paid for his time. He filed a forgery law suit in Federal court after delaying the filing f...or 7 months when I asked why a two week filing period was taking so long, the response ( from an assistant), he's making sure " ALL the i's are dotted and t's crossed", then I am informed ( by an assistant) the suit was being dismissed because it should have been filed in State court and not even the NC State court. Still waiting for an explanation on that. Of course I paid dearly for his mistake.
