this lady was appointed to represent my dad is 70 years old, he attempted several times for several months to get ahold of her on her telephone number provided by the court and confirmed through an Internet search. this was to no avail, she refused to give him a call back or answer his phone calls at... any point in time. so approximately a month and a half before he had to go to court I decided to give her a call and let her know that if she did not do her job and keep him informed make the first appointment with him try and sit down and figure out a game plan that I was going to turn her into the North Carolina Bar and she is not representing him in anyway. also got no response what so ever she did not return my call the next time I went to call her my phone number would not go through to her line...
