I first heard about Mrs. Dezio a year ago when experiencing frustration with my prior attorneys in my custody case. I heard about an outcome in one of her cases and immediately contacted her. My custody case was interstate, although the District Court of Transylvania in North Carolina retained juri...sdiction, so the last few years involved multiple trips for court hearings and eventually resulted in a very negative ruling that took primary custody from me and awarded it to my ex-husband, whose objective and behavior was entirely vindictive. I immediately moved back to North Carolina in order to be near my two sweet boys. As a medical transcriptionist employed from my home, I had always been present for them and we have a wonderful relationship. My ex-husband, who is German, filed a motion to terminate and various other complaints to harass me.
