Larry Taylor Harley

After serving as Executive Director of Southwest Virginia Legal Aid Society for 26 years, Attorney Larry T. Harley now practices law part-time handling only Virginia uncontested no-fault divorce cases.  Larry can represent people who live anywhere in Virginia and prepares all of the court documents himself.  No court appearance or in-office appointment is required.

Larry belives that divorces in which the parties are not fighting over custody, support or property should be affordable for everyone.  For most clients of the Harley Law Firm the court costs are $86 and the attorney fee is $250, a total of $336.

Larry resides and practice law from North Carolina, but is licensed to practice law in Virginia, and ONLY in Virginia; Virginia State Bar No. 19128.  Clients don't have to travel to the office or to court.....all matters are handled by phone, mail and email.

Larry is memberf of the Virginia Lawyers Hall of Fame, by Virginia Laweyers Media; a Fellow of the Virginia Law Foundation; and was a member of the Virginia Supreme Court's Access to Justice Commission from 2013 to 2018.
