I think that means he has a good heart in wanting to help people, and particularly those who might not otherwise afford an attorney. This might lead to getting overextended, however. So if you're expecting a top notch aggressive lawyer out of the big city, well, Wayne may not be that, but for what you're likely paying you're certainly getting more than your money's worth in competent representation.
