Didn't prepare for the case at all. Didn't even know my son's name, who hired her (paid $5K), at the trial. Called him by the wrong last name. Filed NO motion for discovery despite being hired as a defense lawyer. Zero preparation on her part and didn't get my son ready at all. Showed up at court unp...repared and looked like a deer caught in headlights. Lost the trial and then removed herself from the case, providing NO reason at all. Terrible. She should NOT be practicing law AT ALL!

Here are the facts about Kelsey Pack: If you want an attorney that will set proper expectation and update you without you asking to be updated, she's not the one. If you want a...n attorney that makes you feel like your case is the most important thing they are working on, she's not for you. If you want an attorney that understands the importance of time sensitivity, she's not for you. If you want an attorney that values your feedback when they ask for it, she's not for you. If you want an attorney that will give up on you the moment you make a mistake because you've never navigated a divorce before, she's definitely the one for you. If you want an attorney that will give you an excuse for ghosting you for weeks, she definitely is the one for you. When asked "have you ever been through a divorce before" her answer "no, but I've been a divorce attorney for many years". An attorney that doesn't understand that going through a divorce and being a divorce attorney are two totally different things is NOT one you want on your side. Begged her to remain my counsel, only because I was afraid of starting over (financial burden). Big mistake. Glad she left and gave up. It's who she is. A quitter. As for the staff at Mr. McCrary's office, all of them are smug and arrogant. Incredibly rude and dry. Everyone acts like they are too busy for you. RUN from this law firm, you deserve much better than they are able to offer you.

I could not have been more pleased with the excellent professional legal representation that I received from Kelsey Pack as my divorce attorney during my recent divorce mediation. She’s tenacious, but fair, and will most definitely get in there and fight for you. I know that I definitely made the b...est choice when I selected her as my attorney. I couldn’t be more grateful.

I had a scheduled appointment with this Attorney for a Child Support issue. I am out of state and had to take vacation time to leave so I could have Privia y for our consultation. Our appointment was at noon. At 12:15 I called the office to find out why I had not received her call and the receptionis...t was not informed and said she would have someone call me asap. Nothing……. So at 1:10pm I gave up and headed back to the office only for her to call at 1:14 and say her early appt went over. She hasn’t read over my papers and was unprepared and it seemed that me paying her was more important than her listening to me. She even told me that she thought my ex husbands Attorney was pleasant to work with after he had spewed untruths and lies in a demand letter to me. To top it off, our conversation only last for 40 minutes when I paid $300 for an hour. Unprofessional and unsympathetic. I have an hourly job so $300 is a lot of money to me. Just very disappointed and will not recommend her to anyone who needs kindness and support. If this office was fair they would give me a refund for inconsideration of my time, tardiness and for not giving me the entire hour.
