Ask Daryl to represent me because contractor didn’t fulfill obligations. After months working with him, I asked for balance from my retainer ….he decided not to represent me anymore. After he collected the money, and really didn’t do any work….he decided not to represent me. Don’t waste your mon...ey!

I retained Mr. Davidson in Sept 2022 to do Absolute Divorce and Equitable Distribution that it most likely would be moved to a neighboring county, and he said that it was not a problem, He took my money and all he did was the Absolute Divorce. The Absolute Divorce was granted in January and in April ...Mr. Davidson said that couldn't represent me on the Equitable Distribution because it was being moved to neighboring county, I had asked many times that it might to neighboring county and he said that it was not a problem. He is member on the North Carolina Bar as a Councilors and knew that he did not have time to represent in the Equitable Distribution. So, he was paid $2,750.00 and all I got was the Absolute Divorce that should have been about $600.00 to $700.00 I filed a complaint with the North Carolina State Bar and with him being on the North Carolina Bar as a Councilors I feel that they took his side. So I would HIGHLY recommend not to retain Mr. Davidson for any thing. Thank You
