We called for a consultation. Over 2 weeks later and no response. We called and explained what we needed and were assured we would get a call back- which we did not

Determined Advocate, thoughtful counselor

Shocked
Went for a consultation expecting professional service and was instead met with rudeness, insults and dismissive behavior. He did not take the time to listen to my questions and needs and was very disrespectful.
