I hired this attorney over a year ago, she stopped contacting me, refused to return phone calls, text messages and emails. I requested my file returned to me with my retainer to no avail. I opened a case with the NC Bar, they are useless! They told me my case was closed because she was no longer in b...usiness, and then allowed her to reopen her office in Hickory! I still have a complaint into the NC Bar against her, and she is still allowed to practice law!

This attorney did not do the job hired to do. She did not return phone messages, texts or emails. I requested my file be returned to me so I could hire another lawyer and got no response and file was not mailed to me. I requested a return of retainer remaining in trust and have not received a refu...nd as of today. I tried to call this week and the message on her phone stated this number is not set up to receive messages.

I have the NC State Bar looking into her. She asked for money upfront. Stopped contacting me after 2 months. The State Bar tried to contact her with no response. I've been waiting to hear from the bar for 9 months. Before this when I first hired her she didn't return my phone calls blaming it on... her phone service and emails.
