This man was paid $1300, but he never did anything with my case (family issue.) Said he would return money if he was not able to do anything. Yeah, that didn't happen either. He went silent after my initial consultation with him, never to hear from him again no matter how many time I tried to contact... him. Assistant would always say she would have him contact me, but she had no idea what he had going on, nor in the plans for anything. I'm sorry, I cannot recommend this individual for anything.

What is Avvo posting reviews where an attorney withdrew for non payment. This non payment is expressly dictated in the man’s review, yet Avvo who constantly calls my office requesting money to improve my marketing. Posts a review from a deadbeat who admits in his own statement to not even paying half... my fee, a fee that was to cover multiple felonies in multiple counties at way less than half the going rate. And it has affected my rating, clearly avvo Is a joke

I personally, highly advise anyone seeking representation to hire anyone else. I have never been more disappointed with the professionalism or services rendered as I was by Mr. Stark. To curse at a female, my wife time be exact, who was only attempting to find out the correct court date for my case...s shows absolutely zero professionalism. Not to mention that myself, the client, knew of my indictment three weeks before my attorney and then he has the nerve to lie to a judge in court to remove himself from my case after he had been paid nearly 50% of his fee. Either he lied to the judge or us unable of performing basic mathematics, because 900 will always be more than 10% of 2500. Therefore in my opinion, if you would like to be represented by a professional, intelligent and respectable attorney; you should hire absolutely anyone other than Alexander Stark and Stark Law Office.
