Thomas Arrowood Kellis II

Mr. Kellis is probably a great attorney but his staff is terrible. They didn't call me back and didn't even know how to assist me when I called them. This was my second ticket that I hired him for and four months ago, the paralegal he had there knew exactly how to assist me. He made a bad choice in h...is workers since then. Staff is a very important part of the office so because of the staff I give this office a negative 1!

In the past, Mr. Kellis handled several traffic violations and/or minor drug charges for me, and he always did exactly what he said he would do for very reasonable fees. Most recently, Mr. Kellis handled a DWI charge that I received in Jones Co. NC in September of 2012. Even though the case was... pending for over two years, I never once felt like Mr. Kellis gave up on me. Although he could have most likely entered a plea deal on several occasions, he instead opted to take my case to trial and fight as hard as possible. Once the trial commenced, it was clear that Mr. Kellis was prepared, and that he had done his homework. The checkpoint at which I had received the charge was suppressed, and the DA had no choice but to dismiss the case. Also, throughout the whole ordeal, Mr. Kellis kept me informed of his strategy, and also made sure that I was financially and mentally prepared for the worst case scenario. This man does not blow smoke, and he does not make false promises. He is a very honest and fair individual that also makes an effort to develop lasting and trustworthy business relationships. I wholeheartedly endorse and recommend this man.

I was refered to Mr Kellis by a friend and greatful for the referral. Mr Kellis right from the start heard me out, gathered the facts in detail and never once made me feel uncomfortable about my situation. As my court date grew near I began to grow worrisome of the possible outcome or impending doom... I was to face if found guilty. Mr Kellis eased all those unnessisarry jitters with his confidence and calm deminor. Once my day in court arrived I sat in the crowd patiently waiting to face the music fearing that I would be put to he stand and made an example of by the district attorney.... No such event ever took place. Mr Kellis wanting to avoid having myself shamed publicly took it upon himself to settle the matter behind closed doors with the district attorney and police officer who was charging me. I never once had to leave my seat until the moment Mr Kellis was telling me that he got all three charges dropped and that I was dismissed. Should I ever find myself in a similar predicament I will certainly be seeking Mr Kellis' services again.
