Hired thomas kellis law firm
Very good lawyer. Some years back I was making a left turn on to another street and while turning traffic stopped and the light turned red. Long story short .my case was won no points on my license. I would reccomed Tommy Kellis law firm to anybody .

Great Attorney No problems here
I was given a ticket for 76 mph in a 55 mph zone. I have an out of state license and was told by the officer I would need to appear in court. I received a letter in the mail from His law firm and after talking with his staff retained them to represent me. Everything the Administrative assistant told me was accurate and the case turned out exactly as they had suggested. Thank you. Case was voluntarily dismissed.

Hire with confidence
He represented me for a DWI. After hearing the specifics of my bad night, he said he'd like to take it to trial and that he felt we could win. And that's exactly what happened. My case wasn't that difficult but he took it and me seriously and knocked it out of the park. And for what it's worth, I watched him in action in court on a couple of different occasions and it's obvious he has the respect of the court (DA, judges, bailiffs, etc) Oh, and his fees are completely sane.

Very honest lawyer who prepares for every contingency
In the past, Mr. Kellis handled several traffic violations and/or minor drug charges for me, and he always did exactly what he said he would do for very reasonable fees. Most recently, Mr. Kellis handled a DWI charge that I received in Jones Co. NC in September of 2012. Even though the case was pending for over two years, I never once felt like Mr. Kellis gave up on me. Although he could have most likely entered a plea deal on several occasions, he instead opted to take my case to trial and fight as hard as possible. Once the trial commenced, it was clear that Mr. Kellis was prepared, and that he had done his homework. The checkpoint at which I had received the charge was suppressed, and the DA had no choice but to dismiss the case. Also, throughout the whole ordeal, Mr. Kellis kept me informed of his strategy, and also made sure that I was financially and mentally prepared for the worst case scenario. This man does not blow smoke, and he does not make false promises. He is a very honest and fair individual that also makes an effort to develop lasting and trustworthy business relationships. I wholeheartedly endorse and recommend this man.

Thank You Mr Kellis
I was refered to Mr Kellis by a friend and greatful for the referral. Mr Kellis right from the start heard me out, gathered the facts in detail and never once made me feel uncomfortable about my situation. As my court date grew near I began to grow worrisome of the possible outcome or impending doom I was to face if found guilty. Mr Kellis eased all those unnessisarry jitters with his confidence and calm deminor. Once my day in court arrived I sat in the crowd patiently waiting to face the music fearing that I would be put to he stand and made an example of by the district attorney.... No such event ever took place. Mr Kellis wanting to avoid having myself shamed publicly took it upon himself to settle the matter behind closed doors with the district attorney and police officer who was charging me. I never once had to leave my seat until the moment Mr Kellis was telling me that he got all three charges dropped and that I was dismissed. Should I ever find myself in a similar predicament I will certainly be seeking Mr Kellis' services again.

Extremely pleased!
Got a speeding ticket while passing through NC. Within a few days my mailbox was jammed with solicitation letters from NC attorneys! Mr Kellis's letter was by far the most professional and respectful and his website was most helpful and professional in every way. His fee was very reasonable. The client service his staff provided was also very high quality, they handled my case expertly and with attention to every detail and were quick to fully answer my every question. Very pleased!

Thomas and his staff is the best!
I called around and this was by far the best lawyer to work with. The prices were great and the staff was sharp. The secretary was very nice and the paralegal was very educated in law. Thumbs up to office management. Mr. Kellis is a very professional lawyer whom is very well educated in his work. I didn't have to wait at all. Mr. Kellis handled it right away so that I could get my license back. I would def. call them again if I ever needed a lawyer for ANYTHING.

Very Professional Attorney
Mr. Kellis handled a DWLR case for me about 2 months ago. He is the reason why I received my licensed back. He took care of all the matters with the license revoked and my DWI. I was told by many lawyers that it would be hard to get my license back but Mr. Kellis came through. He is good at what he does and I would recommend him to anyone.

Excellent attorney

Fantastic Legal Representation
I hired MR Kellis after a DUI charge to say the least I was devastated, I worried about my current job, I worried about the legal consequences, and I worried about its effect on future employment etc. I met with him before hiring him and he was judgment free and went over the particulars of what may happen and what could happen with my situation. It took some time but I trusted his method and ended up with a much lesser charge. I would recommend him to anyone.
