My experience with this bankruptcy firm was extremely disappointing. Communication was inconsistent, and I often had to follow up multiple times to get basic updates about my case. Important details were overlooked, and the process felt disorganized from start to finish. I expected professional guida...nce and clear communication during a stressful time, but unfortunately, that’s not what I received. I would encourage anyone considering this firm to do thorough research and ask detailed questions before committing.

Clayton Cheek works at Oliver and Cheek. This svumbag charged me $ 750.00 just to send a letter. Then told me he would need $ 10,000.00 up front just to start on my case. I told him no. He then had the audacity to send me another bill for $ 1800.00 for email correspondence which we never agreed on no...r was I told would be a cost to an email. Will be reporting him to the N. C. Bar association asap. Stay away from this sad excuse of a human being.
