Timothy R. Oswalt

After taking my money, failed to return phone calls in a prompt manner if at all. Wasn't prepared for our meeting before court as he couldn't find my documents. Wasn't prepared for court either, presented someone else's evidence as mine. When the Judge made his decision, Mr. Oswalt took notes and as...ked relevant question. But, it really didn't matter as he decided to come up with his own decision contrary to the Judges and got the Judge along with the apposing lawyer to sign off on it. I brought it up several times through email that he was wrong that he needed to listen to the court recording. He just blew me off. He ended up pushing my custody back 2 years due to his neglect.

This is a stand up lawyer . His firm gets their research done on the case at hand . They do everything to help you win. He is a very caring man . He helped me 7 yrs ago win my custody battle . He also help with traffic incident a few years ago as well .He is currently helping me in an assualt charge... ,which is not true .

I should have listened to Timothy Oswalt. He gave me good advice about my divorce from my military husband but I didn't listen. Shame one me. His secretary was great and he handled everything for me. I recommend him all the time. I work with many attorneys and knew when it came to my personal busin...ess I would go with Mr. Oswalt.
