Do not pay until you receive results
I paid him 1000$ up front to take my husband's case. He was only going to charge $2000 total which was a great price. But when my husband's charges were dismissed in federal court. Mr Popkin wasn't needed. No refund. He didn't do anything. Oh yeah and you have the hardest time getting a hold of him....
