I hired Mr. Valentine for my divorce. I have never had an attorney have such blatant disregard for their client, minor children, the statutes, or their own code of professional conduct. Despite having a plethora of supporting evidence of dependency, Mr. Valentine refused to acknowledge the wide varia...tion in assets and earning capacity between the parties. He "fought" for me to receive under $5.00 in child support, ignored I had been the primary care giver having stayed at home, nor the fraudulent force of sale of the martial residence for hundreds of thousands of dollars below appraisal. He refused to litigate my case, however forced mediation for two solid days until, under duress, I could no longer argue with him in chambers. I highly recommend you invest your money in your child or another attorney willing to at minimum listen without bringing you to tears.
