I was taken to court by an non-profit for telling the truth on a website about some things they were doing wrong (my point of view). Most of the comments were "facts" (matter of record with the non-profit) and a few were my "opinion" based on those facts. They (the non-profit) were not following pr...oper court procedure, a private person was representing the organization (not an attorney), and they were trying to prevent me from telling the facts (truth) and prevent me from saying anything about them to "anyone" to include having my post removed. Kind of like a no contact order for one-year. This was a civil court case. I do not live in the state in which this case was addressed in. Because of his knowledge and assistance, this case was QUICKLY dismissed without me needing to travel to NC or deal with a case that had little if any merit. Easy to talk to, kept me informed and guided me in my actions in the future. I would use him again (no doubt).
