Josiah grew up in Lexington, KY. Before coming to work at Perry, Perry & Perry, Josiah served as a Judicial Clerk to the Honorable Justice Edward T. Brady at the North Carolina Supreme Court. Josiah has been a member of the Perry law firm since September 2008.
Josiah and his wife Lindsay and their three children live in Kinston. They are very active in their church and in several local ministries and organizations.
