Mrs Simmons is an awesome attorney as well as a great person who cares about each of her clients, court appointed or personally hired. I had a conversation with another court appointed attorney about the specifics of my case. This gentleman, whom is highly regarded in his area, mentioned he would ac...cept the first plea the DA offered. Mrs Simmons could have done the same thing and would have been the easiest for her but the worst case scenario for me, instead she is fighting for basically a deferred prosecution due to the circumstances. I am truly lucky to have someone that is in the defense atty business that cares more for her client than the big big money!!
