gosh where do i start. was my attorney for a second. she did retrieve a support order that no one else could find as it pertained to my daughter and placement of my daughter. also was able to secure a temporary 2 week order to get my daughter away from the dangerous household she was in.. thats ab...out all she did... beyond that she completely dropped the ball in my case. because when it came time for the hearing on that 2 week temp order case sept 4th I was led to believe from her that it involved my parents attempting to get temp custody of my daughter from her mother. turns out it was my name on the court docket and not my parents. I was not notified by court or any other authority figure of this hearing.....because of me not knowing about it and obviously not being there custody was immediately given over to my daughters mom.... as it pertains to the allegation that started this whole thing ..she has also made remarks that she believe my daughter was part of the allegation.....the investigation has since been closed and no wrongdoing was cited.. so she was wrong in her belief... was supposed to file a no contact order but did nothing after 2 weeks so we did it and she got upset saying we were trying to make her look bad. if she was doing her job to begin with we wouldnt have had to.. theres also aspects that she neglected to bring up on sept 4th that could have changed the direction of our case entirely.... I would avoid this lawyer as she gets cold feet if the opposing side gets a lawyer and doesnt come pro se....

Ana-Cristina Jimenez is a great lawyer who fights for her clients and takes the initiative with their cases. She is an excellent communicator and did not require me to check in with her for progress or results. She would continually give me feedback and reach out to me, answering my questions before ...they even came up. I especially liked her professional but matter of fact attitude. In dealing with a tough case and a tough opposition, she wasn't afraid to dig her heels in and keep looking out for my family's best interests. I would absolutely recommend to her friends and colleagues for similar cases as she has surpassed my expectations.
