Tabitha Bingham

I was facing two serious speeding violations. Needless to say I was a nervous wreck because in my line of work a bad driving record can disqualify you for about 80% of the available jobs in my career field. I was overloaded with unsolicited offers from other attorneys by mail and after talking to ab...out three of them I was left feeling desperate and hopeless, honestly I felt like the whole thing was a just a big racket. Thankfully one day I was discussing my plight with a co-worker who recommended Mrs Bingham as he had hired her before. I called Mrs Bingham and she was very pleasant and sincere on the phone, although she told me what she felt she could accomplish she said we would need to meet and then she would be able to give me some type of idea of what she could do for me after she gathered all the facts. She never made any promises during our first call which I very much respected, She was very accommodating and worked with my schedule as to when we could meet. After our first meeting and she was able to look at all the facts she told me she felt she could get one ticket dismissed and the other reduced to a equipment violation. She stated she would work as hard as she could but did caution me and made it clear she couldn't promise she could get one entirely dismissed but definitely could get it reduced to a lower charge in the worst case scenario (which would be less points and court cost). She had me immediately enroll in traffic school at one of the local community colleges. After that I paid her my fees and besides some occasional phone contact with Mrs Bingham my part was done, she handled the rest, I never once had to appear in court. As far as her fees are concerned they are more than reasonable and fair, and she will work with you if you need more time to pay. Anyway my case was settled recently and Mrs. Bingham had one ticket dismissed and the other reduced to an equipment violation! I just cannot express how elated I am with what she did for me. I would highly recommend Mrs. Bingham to anyone. I have the upmost respect for her integrity and hard work ethic.

I was given Tabitha as a court appointed attorney in a show cause for child support. At the time, I was in treatment for substance abuse out of town. She managed to get my case continued until I was successfully done with my treatment (almost 5 months) and handled the subsequent court date for me. Af...ter the child support case, I hired her to handle some other things for me. In a short period of time, she helped me get my license back (I had several failure to appears among other things to get done which she managed to get dismissed) and she helped me get my child support payment significantly lower.
