The Best.

Roseanna is very professional and knowledgeable in her practice. She kept me well informed throughout the process. Roseanna provided me with a great level of comfort and confidence to carry on with my normal day to day obligations while she handled everything else, yielding positive results in the ca...se. Honestly, I cannot say enough great things about my experience with Roseanna. Highly recommended.

Separation/Divorce

Very friendly and knowledgeable in her profession. She walked me through the process of what I was to expect. She kept me informed about my case by phone or email and I didn't have a problem making contact with her when needed. Highly recommend her.

i DO NOT endorse this lawyer

None of my calls were ever returned, and the receptionist was rude and condescending, i belive these qualities to be practiced and common procedure due to the ease with which they were performed. After my initial consultation i was afforded by fate the time to decide a course of action, after rev...iewing all info and all sources, the best decision was not to dispute my divorce, as a precaution i though it smart to keep Mrs. Horne informed, as agreed upon by both Mrs. Horne and I, in case of any unseen issues or future issues, and indeed there was an issue that arose, and i called the Horne law firm, the receptionist answered and i was told that Mrs. Horne was not my attorney nor would she be, i was given no explanation, but i was assured by Mrs. Horne that she would be able to handle any divorce situation that i may have, however i was unable to inform Mrs. Horne of anything. I was led to believe i would be treated decent, and the difficult situation i was put in by Mrs. Horne and her office caused me extreme hardship that could have been avoided if i were dealing with decency and professional integrity, this treatment by the Horne office was curiously timed with the acknowledgment that my divorce was that of a same sex marriage, i believe that after my initial consultation was over and i left the office both Mrs. Horne and her receptionist made the co-desicion to discriminate against me for being gay, or perhaps Mrs. Horne and her receptionist are just bad seeds, for whatever reasons there was most definitely a major change in the way i was talked to and treated, it was nearly impossible for me to find an attorney at the last minuted, again an undue hardship i was trying to sensibly avoid during a very hard time for me, yet was forced upon me by the Horne Law Firm

This review is untrue and unfair. This person came in for a lengthy initial consultation and asked me at the end what I would charge to represent him in the matter. I quoted a very reasonable fee and he asked me if I would handle it for approximately half that amount. I declined to accept that and he did not hire me or retain me to represent him. Even though he did not hire me to represent him, he continued to call my office multiple times over a period of several weeks. Even though he did not hire me, I talked with him myself on the phone 2 times after our initial consultation and tried to answer his questions. Both of these phone conversations were lengthy as well as I had difficulty politely ending the conversations with him. He was not charged anything for either of these calls. I stressed to him in both phone calls that he had not hired me and I was not representing him and he needed to be clear in understanding this so he would not think that I was looking out for his legal interests. I did not want something to slip through the cracks because of a misunderstanding as to whether I was his lawyer. He indicated he understood this. He called my office again before his divorce court date and spoke with my secretary. He wanted to ask additional questions but still did not say he wanted to hire me. At this point my secretary lost her patience with him on the phone . This gentleman never hired me to represent him. His statement that we turned against him because he is gay is entirely untrue. He told us his situation involved a same sex marriage before he even came in for his initial consultation during which we talked about his life extensively for several hours. I tried to handle this situation as best I could and although his review contains statements which are not accurate, I regret that he feels he had a negative experience with my firm. Roseanna Horne
