True to his word

We engaged Paul after our first lawyer, who did nothing for us and even suggested we get another lawyer (thanks for that idea). We were scheduled to be in the Bahamas for my wife’s 60th birthday the same week as the court date. Paul told us not to worry, he would take care of it, go on your trip and... enjoy. While we were in the Bahamas he called to say the case was dismissed. It was the best outcome we could have hoped for.

Do nothing attorney

Hired him to represent me in a matter involving my mother's estate. He did absolutely nothing to earn his money. Basically disappeared on me after about 18 months, and getting nothing achieved. If you're looking to become a victim of highway robbery, Paul Mediratta is the guy you were looking for!

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
