DWI

Mr. Allard recently represented me in a trial by jury for a DWI appeals case. The prosecution presented very graphic body cam footage to the jury, depicting myself as an overdose victim inside of CVS pharmacy. They had called in multiple witnesses to testify against me, which included a second office...r, CVS manager on duty, and an expert witness from the crime lab. The arresting officer even fabricated the parking job of my vehicle to seem as if it was basically crashed into the front door of the pharmacy. Mr. Allard was nothing short of impressive throughout the case. He remained calm and attentive to the prosecutions details. The pen in his hand never stopped as he picked apart the details of the case. Even with a negative blood test, the prosecution proved without a doubt that I had been under the influence of an impairing substance. However, Mr. Allard caught them in conflicting information and unfilled gaps in the evidence. He found that the evidence had never confirmed when or where I had consumed the impairing substance. The officer hadn't even asked me. Our trial came to an end with a 'hung jury'. 10 individuals that we're certain said not guilty and 2 that surely didn't understand the law. Mr. Allard is by far the best defense attorney I have ever witnessed. He saved my career and lifted this tremendous weight off of the shoulders of my family and myself more than two years after that night. We're so thankful for this man's devotion to our case. If he cant win your case, it cant be won. Thank you so much Mr. Allard.
