Chapter 13 filling

Thankful for Al Butler!

You can't live in this world without a problem or two - after retiring, we faced a significant issue with a prior residence in Tennessee - Mr. Butler's professional guidance and recommendations enabled us to work through that problem - this took a number of years but it is finally behind us and we ar...e so appreciative for Mr. Butler's advice, continuing legal assistance over this period, and for his compassionate support throughout!

The Best Lawyer for Bankruptcy Consultation and Completion

When you are in trouble and in the need for relief from overwhelming debt then you need a FRIEND and a seasoned PROFESSIONAL. Al Butler is just this person. I took our problem to him expecting very formal treatment but instead we got a great friend who set our mind at ease and prepared our case in... a most professional way, supported by a great para-legal. When life hits you hard with simultaneous unemployment, death of a spouse, and a severe housing crisis one needs help and we found Al Butler and thank God that we did. He presented our case to the appropriate authorities and worked with us every step of the way to an excellent conclusion and our ever-lasting thanks.

My lawyer was thorough and to the point and took care of my problem quickly. I wanted to foreclose on some property and the owner took bankruptcy. He was able to get it out of the bankruptcy proceedings. He was very friendly and made me not be nervous. His fees were reasonable.

Problem Solver

Our firm hired Mr. Butler to resolve a complex real estate title issue that was created by a bankruptcy. He was able to attack the problem from the correct angle and completely resolve it inside of 120 days. For perspective, we had worked through three attorneys over the course of two years with zero... progress and no end in sight until Mr. Butler got involved. I hope the situation never arises, but he’ll be the first call I make for future bankruptcy matters.
