Tiffany Kendal Koogler

Miss Kugler is a good attorney. She explained to me all of my options for my divorce in Florida. She is warm and seems to care, and did not charge me for a long consultation . But she is too unconventional. I know she was trying to help, but I don’t want to go live in Mongolia with my children and... herd yaks. Trying to explain the reality of daycare and school for four children and she pulls an iPhone out of her Birkin bag to show me the best place to eat breakfast in Israel. I could sell her bag and use it to feed my kids for two years. I am sure she means well but I believe she is on a different planet then someone who is struggling to pay rent and feed children. To be fair I do not believe this was intentional on her part. She seemed genuinely shocked that I would not want to uproot my kids from their schools and go teach English in China, or sell all my belongings buy a boat and go around the world. Again very unconventional.

I lost custody of little girl due to ex wife's false accusations. Hired Koogler for reasonable price. At first, I did not think someone who looked that sweet could be tough. WRONG. I actually felt sorry for the old ex at times (not really). I now have full custody and ex has supervised visits with me... or my mother supervising her at a public place. Koogler always returned my calls and listened to me. If she could not return call, she would email me and tell me that she would call me within 24 hours and would make sure it was not an emergency. She can be bossy but it is her job to tell people what to do. She gives you a lot of advice and tells you what to do. She gives you homework to do, but it always seemed to be important info she needed. I referred her to two other guys with custody and paternity issues and she won their cases too. I think she is in NC now which is a shame because she was a great attorney and very attractive, loved going to see her! ;) and she treated you like a human being who was just experiencing a problem, and she would let you make payments. She was very non judgmental about the whole deal. (I did some dumb things in my life which came out) but she managed to turn the spotlight on my ex and showed the judge all the crazy things my little girl was living through. You could also call her on the phone and she would take your call, and answer a quick question without getting a bill for $300. She was not like any other attorney you would meet. She did not act better than you or that you were a bad person. I could tell that she really cared about my problem. She also remembers EVERYTHING you tell her, so if you start lying, she will catch you. She will remember the name of your grandmother and that she had a birthday last month and ask, How did the grandmother's party go?!!! It was weird! You don't even remember telling her this stuff but she does not forget anything you say. She has you fill out a goal sheet regarding your case, and all of my goals were won.I hope she is happy wherever she is. I needed to hire her for another unrelated problem and found her mailing address in NC on the Florida Bar website.

My brother detained at La Guardia because Algeria held his visa. My family called immigration lawyers and they asked for huge amounts to even talk this problem. My wife remembers Tiffany from small civil matter when we live in Florida state. We email her middle of the night. She calls us back at AM...5:00, very nice. She said, Give me a few hours. She calls back says, Go to the airport. You have a surprise. My brother walks to our arms at AM9:3O. We said to send us the bill, she said no charge. But instead to adopt a homeless animal or visit person in nursing home who is alone in the world for payment for this good work. She is not like lawyer that you know from TV or film. She is person who will help you no matter if you have the money or not. I do not think she is rich she is just rich with good works. May Allah Bless Ms. Tiffany Kendal Koogler and her family forever.
