Tiffany Naylor's office closed our house in Clinton, NC after being provided to us by our realtor. We were never offered the chance to pick who would be closing on our home. They were also representing the buyer on their transaction. Since we were out of state, we expected everything to be done corre...ctly, and we were able to understand what was going on during the closing process. Communication was very poor during this process. Most communication was with the legal assistant. We had to send notarized documents multiple times due to incorrect client info and did not receive our final Closing Disclosure until the morning of our closing on a Monday. Which on their timeline said we would receive these documents 3 days ahead of closing. After closing we had trouble understanding how they accounted for our property-tax's. Over a month after closing, it wasn't until Mrs. Naylor responded to us and showed us how the numbers added up. This was the first time we had direct communication with her. We felt as if we were not being informed of anything during our closing process. Everything was closed but we had to correct information on our documents multiple times and didn't receive final documents in a timely manner. If you plan on using this office to close your home, I would highly suggest checking over all your documents and know all your client's info. Have them send you your documents earlier then they state and ask questions if there is any number you don't understand.
