Kayla Nicole Price

Kayla N. Price, Esquire is a Clinton, North Carolina native. She received her high school education at Clinton High School. Attorney Price attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where she majored in Sociology and minored in Entrepreneurship and African American Studies. She also had the opportunity to study abroad as a Philips Ambassador through UNC Entrepreneurship Program in Beijing, China during the Summer of 2009. This was an eyeopening experience that has made an impact on how Attorney Price views the world. She is a graduate of North Carolina Central University School of Law and the School of Library and Information Science. As a law student, Attorney Price participated in Wills clinics, Will projects with the North Carolina Bar Association and Legal Aid of North Carolina, and the small business and community development clinic. She also served as a law clerk at Perry, Perry & Perry, PA in Durham; judicial intern for NC Supreme Court Justice Cheri Beasley and NC Court of Appeals Judge Robert N. Hunter, Jr.; and Staff Editor and Symposium Committee member for volume 36 of North Carolina Central Law Review. The above opportunities provided a foundation for Attorney Price’s legal practice primarily in the areas of Estate Planning, Business Law, Nonprofit Law and Contract Law.
