Biography
Michelle Stinnett began her career at Hutchens Law Firm as a summer law clerk in 2012. Now an associate, Michelle is the primary attorney for the firm's Southern Pines office which practice real estate law.
After graduating from college, Michelle worked as an insurance agent for several years in Fayetteville, NC and then in Clarksville, TN before she attended law school at the University of Notre Dame. While in law school, she was an Executive Editor and served on the Executive Board of Notre Dame’s Journal of Law, Ethics, and Public Policy.
When representing clients, Michelle believes that understanding the client’s perspective and goals are important to enable her to work towards the best possible outcome for the client.
