Excellent Caring Attorney

Rebecca Britton worked tirelessly to represent me. She always responded right away to any questions I had and kept me informed throughout my case. Rebecca was familiar with my "uncommon injury" and was able to represent me well. She was always prepared as my case moved forward. I initially chose he...r because she is a highly experienced trial lawyer. I knew she could take my case to court if necessary. I am very grateful how hard she fought for me all the way to settlement. I could never have done this alone. It was a pleasure working with her. I would encourage anyone seeking an excellent, caring attorney to use her services.

Relax, she's got it.

My wife and I are retired and ready to move from North Carolina to Texas, when our car accident occurred. I searched the internet for an attorney that practised in my area of concern, noted her credentials and experience, and booked an appointment. She and her assistant Beth did the research, did the... mailings, made the calls, drafted the paperwork, and kept my wife and me apprised. Even though the claim was not for much, Becky's team made time for us, explained clearly the legal and ethical situation environment, and represented our wishes with firmness and grace. The settlement took over a year, but never did the her office attempt to under-settle or dump the case to be rid of it. Their patience was gratifying to say the least. We were concerned about ethics and being over-demanding, and she provided us with a clear description of each part of our claim so that we could evaluate its efficacy. Never did we need to wring our hands or get frustrated with our case. We could "relax" during the entire ordeal, knowing that Becky and her crew were "taking care of it." -Dr. Clay

Fatal Car Accident, Supportive Attorney

Rebecca Britton represented my husband and me after we were in a car accident that killed two people. We had been hit head-on by another car and left in very poor condition. Rebecca was not only kind and compassionate but she was quick to respond when I had questions and thoroughly explained the en...tire process. Under such circumstances, regardless of your personal strength, at some point you will need someone to "hold your hand." I am glad we choose Rebecca to hold ours during such a difficult time. I highly recommend her.
