I don’t usually write reviews, Went up there with the money in hand to give to Jonathon Hall to retain Susan. Was informed he was at a dr appt. I left my number, because i like to hand the money to the person I spoke too, expecting a call back and never got one. First impression was a Horrible way ...to take serious and doesn’t seeem like a welcoming office. Hopefully there’s growth for them in future.

I am VERY UPSET AND DISAPPOINTED AT THE LIES I WAS TOLD BY TONI THE RECEPTIONIST AT THIS LAW FIRM! The other white male assistant also hung up on me! My son has a right to JUST UNBIASED AND NON RACIAL OR PREJUDICE BEHAVIOR; AS IT RELATES TO REPRESENTATION! My son sent three letters or more reques...ting information about his case and no response! Two video visits were supposedly set up but were not done! I was hung up on three times because I reminded them of truth and fair treatment being initiated toward my son as a BLACK MALE! I was told Attorney Sue Hall refuses to speak with me which may have been coerced by Major Adams, who is over the detention center! People HAVE NO FEAR OF GOD ANYMORE! COVID has made it possible for people who suppose to uphold and represent the justice system to ABUSE IT EVEN MORE! I didn’t hire her the JUDICIAL SYSTEM APPOINTED HER AS PART OF THE UNJUST CONSPIRACY AND CONFEDERACY THAT IS GOING ON!

I retained Ms. Hall in October 2013. First court case in November was confirmed by email by her RUDE secretary. The day before the hearing her secretary said "What are you doing here? You got kicked off the docket." New court date in Jan..Sat there all day and was rescheduled to the next week. That w...as a snow day. The next hearing date in March Ms.Hall informed me the other lawyer was in surgery and t

We set up a consultation and arrived 15 minutes early. The secretary informed us that she was still in court and we would need to reschedule. The second appointment, my wife on her way to the office and it was cancelled at the last minute as well for the same reason. The secretary was less than profe...ssional on the phone. There will not be a third time. Oh, and there is a sign prominently displayed in the dingy office that states the fee charged for missed appointments. We have found different counsel.
