Tiffany Ann Turner

I founded the Turner Law Firm, PLLC in February 07, 2013. I have been licensed to practice law in the State of North Carolina since September 2008. I started my career in preparing responses to discovery requests for major corporations in Chicago, Detroit, and Charlotte.

The southern hospitality, warm weather, and growing Charlotte market led me to become a permanent resident in 2012. I enjoy practicing real estate law including land disputes and landlord/tenant matters. I am also passionate about helping people who find themselves in anxiety-ridden situations such as those who have been facing foreclosure and those being harassed by bill collectors. I take cases throughout North Carolina. Debt defense and bankruptcy relief has led me to become licensed in all Federal Districts in North Carolina. On the family law side, I am also an advocate for fairness between the separating spouses and I protect the child’s interests and pride myself in calming the parties in dispute as opposed to creating additional tensions as other attorneys often do.

Surrounding myself with top notch talent, I continue to guide the firm to rapid growth, and past clients’ referrals are a testament to the quality of work the firm produces. Our goal is to be a multifaceted firm in many areas of law, and we continue to add talent and services for our clients’ needs.

I attended college at the University of Iowa having graduated in May 2003 with a Minor in French and Bachelor Degrees in Marketing and Asian Languages and Literature with emphasis in Mandarin Chinese. During undergraduate studies, I became interested in law through a course in business law. After undergrad I obtained a law degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan.

Since arriving in North Carolina, I have volunteered for the Coalition to Unchain Dogs, the Tax Clinic of Legal Services of the Southern Piedmont, and the Council for Children’s Rights. My hobbies consist of cooking classes, trying new foods and container gardening growing tomatoes and various herbs and spices.
