I have serious reservations about Mr. DeCillis continuing to practice law due to certain ethical issues. There have been allegations of unprofessional conduct, including a reported intimate relationship with a party he was suing, whoever hired him must be desperate because he charges so cheap
"I endorse this lawyer. I have known Steve since our years as students at UNC School of Law. I had the pleasure of working with Steve when I first began practicing law when he was an Assistant District Attorney. In all my dealings with Steve, he exhibited the utmost professionalism. He treated me with respect, which can not be said for all opposing counsel. Now that he is in private practice, I would not hesitate to refer potential clients to him. He is diligent in his attention to detail and conscientious in his work."
"Steve is an excellent attorney and I highly recommend him. He is a strong advocate who fights hard for his clients and it is my pleasure to endorse him."
