The best lawyer in the world

Kristen has worked with me more than I thought a lawyer ever would. She has took me by the hand and walked me through a child custody process step by step. She has worked with me with payment arrangements, court proceedings and what I need to do in order to be prepared for trial. When we first starte...d our journey together I was in a position where I haven't seen my child in upwards of four months and previously agreed to supervised visits with the mom of my child supervising, witch at the time didn't seem bad. Not that I needed to be supervised but it was more along the lines of proving to the mother that I could parent. Kristen has since gotten me visitation with my child and worked the process up and down to a point where I have emergency custody of my child now and hold the cards to the deck and are very confident going into our next endeavor.

Don't know what i would have done without them.

I contacted Passenant & Shearin law firm 3 days before my court date, and they were able to see me the same day I called. They were willing to take my case even with only a 3 day notice, but they felt like with a little bit of guidance I could do it myself. Kristen sat down with me and went over e...verything I needed to say and bring with me. Her enthusiasm and confidence gave me the confidence I needed to do this on my own. She could have easily taken my money and represented me for my case, but she was honest and told me that she felt I could handle it. Needless to say she was right I did everything she told me to do and I won my case. I don’t think I could have done it without them.

Excellent Legal Counsel

Getting divorced is something you wouldn't wish on your worst enemy, even your ex-wife. But Kristen and the team at Passenant&Shearin Law were absolutely fantastic in handling my case. They approached it with professionalism, tenacity, compassion, and vigor. My concerns, emails, and calls were prompt...ly answered. It was nice to feel like I was regaining control of my life again. 5 stars!

I thought there was not way the courts would award me, a dad, custody of my son

When I first went to Passenant & Shearin Law, I felt like I was fighting a losing battle. I thought there was no way the courts would award me, a dad, custody of my son. I went to Passenant & Shearin Law because I knew my son was worth the fight. After my first visit, it was clear team felt the same... way. Later that week, my son was in my custody. The next 5 months were filled with highs and lows as we waited for our court date. The Passenant & Shearin team never wavered. They had faith in my case even when I began to lose hope. It was a difficult time and I appreciate the support of Sheila Passenant and Kristen Shearin team. I can't thank them enough.
