My wife and I went to Doug for assistance with establishing a medical needs trust along with wills and a Healthcare Power of Attorney. He was very responsive to my phone calls and emails and was able to explain what would be in our best interest setting up the trust. Very even keeled and down to eart...h. We will certainly seek his counsel again should the need ever arise.

I was referred to Doug via a legal service that I subscribe to from my employer. Within 24 hours of my initial online request Doug responded, asked the appropriate questions to gather information, explained the process and told me he would be back to me soon with draft documents of my wills, living... wills, trust and POA. Doug did exactly what he said. Within 24 of my return of the will questionnaire Doug had drafts prepared for me to look over and we set a date for my wife and I to meet with Doug to review and sign the documents. As usually happens our schedules had bumps and appointments had to be rescheduled, but Doug did and excellent job of communicating changes and replying promptly to my communications. When we meet live to review the documents Doug was prepared and took the time to explain the documents in language that my wife and I could clearly understand; there was no confusion with complicated legal jargon or big fancy words. Doug did and outstanding job and I would use him again for my legal needs.

We have problems with the contractor who took our money and did not complete the job as the signed contract. Mr.Hall provided excellent help and advice to deal with this contractor. Mr.Hall also prepared our Wills and Trust documents. Mr.Hall and his staff were very nice and responsed to our question...s and concerns very quick either by phone or email.
