I would not recommend the services of Francis A. Considine
I have had several experiences with this lawyer. All have been horrendous. I would recommend looking elsewhere for professional legal assistance. His phone manners are unacceptable, his fees are inconsistent. and he looks to create unnecessary legal situations to fatten his pockets.
