After I have been dealing with a child custody issue for over 3 years, I sought new representation and found Shannon. I called her office and was able to speak to her directly and had a meeting with her a few days after. Despite her circumstances at that time, she was willing to take my case. While o...ut of the office for a couple of months, I was still able to maintain contact with her and any e-mails or phone calls to her were returned promptly.
