Emily Mary Chiarizia

When I recently had a totally fictitious and malicious Personal Injury claim made against me, my insurance company obtained the services of Emily Chiariza to represent and defend me. Emily Chiarizia of Franklin & Prokopik represented my son on behalf of our insurance company in the defense of a civil lawsuit filed. It was an incredibly minor collision with no property damage and yet five plaintiffs, each made the maximum claim in District Court for their alleged injuries. Emily... was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was well prepared and knew the facts of the Plaintiffs’ claims inside and out. At trial her demeanor with the Plaintiffs was excellent, calm and professional while still being able to highlight the inconsistencies and holes in their case.
