Highest Review Possible

The heart of a saint and the guts of a superhero. Nothing was too much for her to overcome, no matter how hard my x's attorney tried. Heard she was something to see in the courtroom and she was certainly that. Reminded me of Perry Mason.

Top Marks!!

Awesome!!! She knows the law, knows how people act during divorces, knows all the tricks and can tell you exactly what your spouse plans to do (and will counter it before they can act). She is nothing short of a lifesaving guide through one of the toughest times in my life. I read all the rev...iews before I posted mine and the person that posted the negative reviews must be talking about a different lawyer. Amy has represented a few people I know in large estate divorce and custody cases and ALL of us found her to be nothing short of miraculous!

Do NOT recommend Amy Fiorenza

Amy handled my divorce from my ex-husband. His financial situation was complex, and she lacked any financial or business acumen to understand the financial value/worth of each of the items and what I was due. She was very unresponsive, which unduly aggravated the situation between my ex-husband and... I. She would not return the opposing attorney's calls, e-mails or letters (nor mine) and she was sloppy about deadlines - causing issues at my expense. She definitely should focus on very simple, cut and dry dissolutions and not complicated or adversarial divorce cases. She would mess up the simplest of details in what little correspondence she did write - names were wrong, dates, details - it was embarrassing to me and certainly didn't help my credibility with the mediator (and god forbid it had gone before a judge - I would have been toast). Her fees were very high and the service level and knowledge very low. She is a green attorney and her combative tactics are unprofessional and got me NOWHERE in resolving my divorce and getting the financial support I deserved. She gave me very bad advice which dragged out my divorce for several months longer than it needed to be, and I paid a lot more money to her and received no benefit in return. The constant fighting and bickering she personally encouraged and caused - I look back on it now and realize she did a lot of damage to my relationship with my ex, our daughters, and especially my financial situation. Her filings were frivolous and non-valued added. She missed the big picture and financial value that I would have obtained had I hired a more professional, seasoned attorney.

Simply Amazing

Someone once told me that you never look for cheap bargains with parachutes or brain surgeons....they should add domestic attorneys to that list. Amy fought for me like she was fighting for a family member and made a fool out of the opposing attorney and my ex-spouse. She out smarted, out maneuve...red and quite frankly out "Lawyered" (if that is a verb) my spouses very highly recommended attorney. She did a great job and got more for me than I ever expected. It was a very complex case and I was confused by a lot of the motions and other maneuvers, but she somehow backed them into a corner and made them look so STUPID, it was amazing! The other attorney was speechless when he realized what had happened!

The best of the best

Amy is an exceptional attorney and I don't think I could have made it through my divorce without knowing I had her in my corner. She is open to settle to save time, money, and agravation, but when the other side decides to play games and you have to litigate, she's the best of the best. A great atto...rney comes with a premium, and she is worth every single penny. I could not recommend a better family law attorney.
