M. Anthony Burts II

I hired Burts Law with the understanding that my case would be properly pursued in court. I was assured that a lawsuit would be filed on my behalf, but that never happened. Because of this failure to take action as promised, I missed out on my opportunity to have my case heard and potentially receive... justice. I trusted this attorney to act in my best interest, but instead I was left without the representation I needed at a critical time. Communication was poor, follow-through was lacking, and I ultimately suffered harm as a result of the neglect. I would caution anyone considering this firm to carefully evaluate their options before moving forward. How can a attorney miss the statute of limitations? He had two years to file suit, which he never did. He informed me he filed on two occasions, but each time, he later came back with a different reason why he did not file.

Attorney Burts assisted me with a shifty case. He was very professional with me and he was excellent with dissecting the incident and getting the facts and information needed to provide the defense.
