Biography
I am a seasoned business lawyer advising companies ranging from start-ups to large organizations on a variety of matters, including business formation, contracts and agreements, franchise and distribution, litigation, and mergers and acquisitons. I started my legal career in the New York City office of a large international law firm and later served as general counsel to several global organizations.
After years of serving as in-house legal counsel, I was inspired to start my own firm because I believe there is a growing need in the legal industry to provide a high quality "Big Firm" work product to early stage growth companies.
I also proudly serve as general counsel to The Rep'm Group, a franchise sales and development organization based in Charlotte, North Carolina.
