Cedric Darnell Rainey

Cedric D. Rainey was born and raised in Texas, and has lived in North Carolina for several years. Immediately prior to attending law school, he worked in Virginia as a District Consumer Development Manager at a Fortune 500 company. In this position, he managed partnerships with 23 local business owners and their employees, which increased their revenues up to $1.2 million dollars by offering additional services.

Cedric's passion for business law stems from a genuine belief that a healthy and thriving business sector is essential to the foundation of any community. As a volunteer, he has organized and conducted several economic and environmental sustainability programs geared towards increasing the viability of the local economy. From these experiences, he now takes great pride in providing legal services to individuals and new or expanding businesses in the Charlotte area.
