Traffic Ticket

I had received my first traffic ticket and I went straight to Michelle for help. I was scared about possible insurance and DMV points since I am only 21, and wasn't sure what the outcome would be if I decided to attend court without representation. Michelle was able to reduce my violation to an Impro...per Equipment violation instead and was even able to reduce my court costs! This was my first time ever having to contact a lawyer but I will definitely refer Michelle to family and friends for any legal help. I can gladly say that I have no insurance and DMV points all due to Michelle's great work and she made my first experience with the legal system a very easy and stressless one.

My wife and I lent $8,000 to a friend who owned his own Lawn Service Company. A personal written contract was drawn up and agreed upon. Included, in the contract was the amount of money to be repaid, the amount per month, the number of months and the interest as well as a deadline date for repaymen...t. It became necessary, after numerous calls and meetings that the contract in all aspects was not being met. Therefore, after failed personal attempts to remedy the problem and to recap the $8,000, we were left with little option but to attain legal assistance. Michelle Nicole Abbott, listened to our cause and explained what process she would establish to help recap our $8,000. We signed a contract with Michelle. She became the legal conduit for us in which she sent a certified letter, made numerous phone calls and consistently guided us through a significant amount of difficulty with the individual from the lawn service company. Michelle, continually asked us to be patient even though the individual she was in contact with was still delinquent with the payments, lying continually, often non-responsive and never intending to meet the deadlines agreed upon. Throughout, we were frustrated, however Michelle kept us calm and patient. We trusted her and in the end she accomplished what she set out to do as she retrieved all of the $8,000 with agreed upon interest. The individual repaid all debts, however he did not meet the agreed upon deadline date, extending the date by eight months. Michelle Nicole Abbott's professionalism, kindness and personal attention regarding our needs can never be over stated. She truly was our representative and life saver!

Traffic ticket

I received a speeding ticket and looked for some representation on it. Was very lucky to find Michele Abbott, not only did she get my speeding ticket reduced to a non moving violation but went back to court several times until she got want I wanted. I highly recommend her and the firm.
