Rachel Elizabeth Mosser

I have experience in criminal law and civil litigation and am dedicated to achieving the best outcomes for my clients. I completed my undergraduate degrees at the University of South Carolina-Columbia, double majoring in Criminal Justice, Criminology, and English in 3.5 years, graduating in May 2017. Subsequently, I attended Campbell University Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law, earning my Juris Doctor degree in May 2020. I took the North Carolina State Bar Exam (UBE) in July 2020 and achieved a qualifying score, allowing me to practice in any UBE jurisdiction. I am an active member of the North Carolina Bar Association, Wake County Bar Association, Mecklenburg County Bar Association, Raleigh Young Professionals, and Campbell Alumni Association. Additionally, I am currently serving as the Regional Coordinator for the Gastonia Region of the North Carolina High School Mock Trial Competition.
I was born in Ontario, Canada, and in 2002, following an opportunity to grow with my dad's general contracting company, my family relocated to Greenville, SC. In the summer of 2019, I became a United States Citizen.
